To start a daily gratitude practice, all you have to do is grab pen and paper (my recommended option) or open the notes app on your phone and write down three things that you are grateful for each day. Implementing a daily gratitude practice re-trains your brain to constantly look for the good in your life, and to notice the simple privileges and pleasures that we so often take for granted.
